About the role
We are seeking passionate and driven Call Center Agents to join our dynamic team at AMEHAN INTERNATIONAL JOB PLACEMENT SERVICES' in Angeles City, Pampanga. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth and development.
What you'll be doing
Handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing efficient and effective support
Resolving customer queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Accurately documenting all customer interactions and following up as needed
Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggesting process improvements
