A leading technology firm is seeking an Azure Virtual Desktop Associate Director in Metro Manila to define and execute the infrastructure services roadmap. The role involves leading cloud-based desktop services and IT operations, ensuring delivery efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Ideal candidates have extensive IT infrastructure experience in a senior role and possess strong leadership and communication skills. Relevant certifications are beneficial.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive IT infrastructure experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications (ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, Genesys, etc.) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for infrastructure services.
• Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of Azure Virtual Desktop environments.
• Manage the strategy, implementation, and support of Genesys Cloud.
• Ensure IT services are delivered with minimal disruption.
