Supply Chain Management Lead Coordinator

Position Overview

The Supply Chain Management Lead Coordinator is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations. This position ensures efficient coordination between procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution to meet organizational goals, minimize costs, and maintain high service levels. The Lead Coordinator acts as a central point of contact, leading a team of coordinators while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders such as suppliers, vendors, and internal departments (e.g., manufacturing, sales, and finance). A key focus of this role is identifying and bridging interdepartmental process gaps through targeted reporting, regular stakeholder alignment meetings, and proactive process smoothing across procurement, warehouse, and logistics functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership and Coordination: Supervise a team of supply chain coordinators, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations. Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and foster a collaborative environment to achieve departmental objectives.
