Qualifications

Job description

To train, engage and manage the people in the organization.

Quality Management System

• To effectively create, implement and maintain the intentions of the IMS through a documented management system.
• Knowledgeable standards in ISO 9001:2015, OHSAS 45001:2018 and ISO 1400:2015.
• Familiar in the business and operations process of the company.
• Create effective policies and procedures according to IMS and QMS standards.
• Manage all documents like Policy manual, regulatory compliance and other relevant documents in organization.
• Review the effectiveness of the quality system in satisfying customer requirements periodically as set by the Policy Manual.
• Conduct every year of Internal Audit, Management review and leading the External Audit.
• Define the effectiveness of corrective actions that would assure the non-recurrence of nonconformities.
• Provide directions of improvement for organization with the standard of ISO 9001:2015, OHSAS 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015.

Occupational Health and Safety

• Create and implement the OSH Program including the standard of OHSAS 45001:2018.
• Knowledgeable in Occupational Health and Safety according to the DOLE standard.
• Can create and analyze the Risk Assessment, Hazard Analysis and other documents that are related to Safety and Health.
• Review the Incident report analysis including the effectiveness of corrective and preventive action that is recommended by Safety Officers.
• Manage to conduct emergency drills and training related to Safety and Health.
• Monitor and provide assistance of OSH compliance of personnel and the facilities.
• Knowledgeable in compliance and standard of DENR, LLDA including the ISO 14001:2015.
• To analyze the environmental impact of business and operations of the company.
• Supervise the activities of PCO’s.
• Can create environmental plan, program and procedure.
• General inspection of all hazardous waste, scrap materials, equipment and waste materials if properly disposed and maintained.
• Promote awareness of the three R’s (Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle) of the environment at work including housekeeping.

Job Flexibility

• Attend meetings required by government offices, clients and other industries.
• Directly reports to the management.
