A recruitment firm in the Philippines seeks a Product Lead responsible for driving innovative systems and data solutions to support Credit Risk and related initiatives. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in Credit Risk, proven leadership in regulatory transformation, and strong knowledge of communication and project management. Qualificações
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Credit Risk or Data Remediation.
- Proven leadership in regulatory transformation and financial risk domains.
- Experience improving data remediation processes and implementing retroactive data quality fixes.
Responsabilidades
- Drive end-to-end delivery of systems and data solutions supporting Credit, Market, and Non-Financial Risk.
- Lead squads and shape the roadmap for regulatory initiatives.
- Oversee regulatory and internal projects from start to finish.
