A leading outsourcing company in the Philippines seeks a detail-oriented team member to prepare customer quotes and proposals. Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, strong English communication skills, and the ability to interpret building plans. Providing excellent customer service and collaborating effectively within a team are essential for success in this role, which includes training on quoting software.
The role works closely with a team of specialists to ensure timely and high-quality output. Training will be provided for the required quoting and workflow management software.
Prepare accurate and complete customer quotes and proposals using building plans and project specifications.
Interpret house/building plans and apply standard measurements to generate quotations.
Ensure all quotations follow company guidelines, pricing structures, and client requirements.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly output targets.
Maintain high levels of accuracy, organization, and timeliness in all submissions.
Provide exceptional customer service through clear and professional communication.
Participate in training for quoting software and continuously develop new skills.
Uphold company policies, procedures, and the Code of Conduct.
Assist with team tasks when needed to support overall department productivity.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably related to the building or design industry.
Ability to read and interpret house/building plans.
Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail and strong organizational/time-management skills.
Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively within a team.
Commitment to excellent customer service.
Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and processes.
Good to Have (Not Required):
Experience or familiarity with quoting or proposal preparation.
Exposure to the building or design industry.
Experience using quoting or workflow management software.
Knowledge of awards, common law contracts, or fair work legislation.
