About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at MKS WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SERVICES INC'. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients. This is a full-time position based in Angeles City, Pampanga.

What you'll be doing
  • Actively prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities within your assigned
  • Conducting sales calls, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business
  • Maintaining and expanding existing client relationships through excellent customer service and regular communication
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Accurately documenting all sales activities and maintaining detailed customer records
  • Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
What we’re looking for
  • At least 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in the sales representatives/consultants industry
  • A proven track record of successfully generating new business and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
