Participate in financial audit and ensure all documents, statement and record comply with financial legal and financial reporting standard. Assist in review and oversee the preparation of monthly closing financial account.

Responsibilities :

Perform with financial data entry and general bookkeeping and accurately input and update financial transactions

Reconcile bank accounts and other financial accounts

Process and manage invoices and follow up with clients, suppliers and partners as needed

Process payments and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Invoice processing and filing

Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports

Assist with the preparation and coordination of audits and other financial assessments

Assist with the preparation of government report

Provide support to the finance team in other areas as required

Adhere to current accounting/finance laws and regulations

Work to company standards

Requirements :

Deadline-orientated and an ability to stick to time constraints while still ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting

An analytical mind and a keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data

Able to work independently Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and Malaysia

Commercial and business awareness

Preferable candidate with Finance education background with at least 2 years experience
