What You’ll Do

• Research and evaluate land, development, and merger opportunities.
• Prepare investment proposals, financial models, and strategic reports.
• Work closely with senior management on deal structuring and negotiations.
• Liaise with financial institutions, advisors, and corporate partners.
• Support end-to-end project development from analysis to execution.
• Contribute to corporate planning initiatives aligned with long-term goals.
