About The Role
- Oversee and optimize business processes across multiple locations within the region. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership, operational excellence, and business development skills to drive efficiency, profitability, and growth.
- Responsible for the smooth and efficient management of all Service and Operations related areas, including compliance to local and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with the EMT and GMs as part of the local management team to plan and implement specific goals and long-term strategic plans across people, clients, operations, and financials.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Develop and implement regional business strategies to align with corporate goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end operations across multiple locations, ensuring efficiency and standardization.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuously improve operational effectiveness.
- Foster collaboration between CAM, Finance, and Marketing Office teams.
- Business Growth & Expansion
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends within the region.
- Lead expansion efforts into new territories by analyzing feasibility, risks, and operational needs.
- Work closely with local teams to understand challenges and implement solutions.
- Financial & Performance Management
- Develop and manage regional budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to drive profitability.
- Monitor revenue growth, operational costs, and P&L for each location.
- Optimize resource allocation and improve operational efficiencies.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing regional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Establish a strong company culture, ensuring alignment with corporate values.
- Work closely with HR to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Process Improvement & Compliance
- Implement best practices and process optimizations across all business units.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Drive digital transformation and leverage data analytics for decision-making.
Education / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
- 10+ years in business operations, strategy, or management consulting.
- Proven track record of scaling business operations across multiple locations.
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration with finance, sales, HR, and IT teams.
- Leadership experience managing teams and large-scale business projects.
- Relevant certifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional)
- Certified Business Operations Professional (CBOP)
- Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt)
Knowledge and Skills
Technical & Business Expertise
- Strong understanding of business processes, supply chain, and financial management.
- Experience in P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Knowledge of market dynamics, competitor analysis, and business expansion strategies.
- Data Analysis & Reporting – Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Process Improvement – Familiarity with Lean, Agile, or other operational frameworks.
- Financial Acumen – Budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- ERP & CRM Systems – Experience with Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, or similar tools.
