A leading company seeks a skilled Citrix/Nutanix Level 3 Engineer to enhance their virtualized infrastructure. Responsibilities include providing advanced support, troubleshooting critical issues, and ensuring high performance for Citrix services. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience and relevant certifications, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Citrix/Nutanix Level 3 Engineer to join our team. As a Citrix/Nutanix Level 3 Engineer, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Citrix environments, ensuring high availability and performance for our organization’s virtualized infrastructure via Nutanix. You will work closely with internal teams, end-users, and vendors to resolve complex technical issues, perform system optimizations, and implement new solutions.
Directs and trains System Engineers and Associate Engineers to meet workload demands. Continually updates skillset and stays abreast of technologies trends and developments.
Responsibilities:
· Provide Level 3 support for Citrix & Nutanix-related incidents, problems, and service requests. Troubleshoot complex issues related to Citrix Virtual Apps, Citrix Virtual Desktops (XenDesktop), Citrix ADC (NetScaler), Citrix Profile Management, and Citrix Cloud. Resolve escalated issues and work with vendors and other teams to ensure timely issue resolution. (40%)
· Provides full operational support for global and regional infrastructure services that execute revenue-generating applications, colleague productivity tools, back office systems, and customer support, with rare assistance from more senior engineers in mission critical and/or extremely complex situations (20%)
· Works with project managers to prioritize work, and provides structure and direction to Engineers and Associate Engineers as necessary to meet team commitments (15%)
· Install, configure, and maintain Citrix products (including XenApp, XenDesktop, Citrix ADC, Citrix Cloud) to meet business requirements. Participate in Citrix upgrades, migrations, and patch management processes (15%)
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Experience:
· 5+ years of hands-on experience in Citrix administration, engineering, and support.
· Associate Degree with Systems Engineering or Related field of study required.
· Expertise in Citrix Virtual Apps (XenApp), Citrix Virtual Desktops (XenDesktop), Citrix ADC (NetScaler), and Citrix Cloud.
· Experience with Citrix Director, Studio, and Delivery Controller.
· · Technical Skills:
· Strong knowledge of Citrix architecture and best practices.
· Proficiency in troubleshooting complex Citrix-related issues in virtualized environments.
· Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Citrix Profile Management.
· Familiarity with VMware, Hyper-V, or other virtualization technologies.
· Strong scripting and automation skills, particularly with PowerShell and other relevant scripting languages.
· · Certifications:
· Citrix Certified Expert (CCE-V) or Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA-V) certification is highly desirable.
· Relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA, Microsoft, or VMware certifications are a plus.

Other Skills:
Able to speak and write in Mandarin as they will be working closely with China Counterparts.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
· Able to quickly learn new systems and technology.
· Able to use relevant computer system applications at an advanced level.
