In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Materials, Supply Chain, with preference in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 to 15 years of proven experience in Commodity Sourcing from a manufacturing industry or related industry.
- Strong market knowledge in the commodity industry, gained through experience in engineering, operations, marketing, or procurement negotiations.
- Strong analytical, presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, team orientation, and effective communication across all management levels.
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally 15% to 20%, within Asia and the US.
- Flexibility to work hours to accommodate night calls with partners and team members.
