Job Description:

• Plan and manage project procurement timelines to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Coordinate with project teams to align resource and scheduling needs.
• Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure quality and cost efficiency.
• Manage purchase orders, deliveries, and budgets.
• Monitor inventory levels and supplier performance using ERP systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Generate reports and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize procurement processes.
• Job Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
• Good knowledge in ERP system e.g. SAP, IFS, etc.and procurement tools.
• Experience in material planning & purchase for mass production/ project buy,supporting prototype materials purchase in NPI phase.
• Familiar with ISO9001 quality system, ISO13485.
• Able to lead and support ISO audit activities for purchasing functions.
