Job description

We are looking for Procurement Manager under Supply Chain Department to lead our procurement team and manage indirect goods, services, and supplier relationships. This role plays a key part in ensuring supply, cost efficiency, and smooth operations for our business.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of procurement professionals to achieve operational excellence, high engagement, and morale.
• Drive supplier strategy development, bid and proposal package management, and contract negotiations.
• Ensure effective material planning, purchasing, and inventory management to support production.
• Manage indirect procurement of goods and services, including customs, freight, and logistics suppliers.
• Negotiate long‑term agreements with suppliers focusing on quality, pricing, and delivery performance.
• Prepare and present procurement strategies, cost‑saving initiatives, and performance reports to leadership.
• Maintain compliance with BCM policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor departmental budget and deliver cost governance across the supply chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree OR Master’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Technical or Operation Management or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience leading teams, projects and/or programs.
• Background in Aerospace industry will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop teams.
• Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or related fields.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• High level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
