Job summary
A manufacturing company in Pendang, Kedah, is seeking a motivated individual with a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Management. Responsibilities include supervising production activities, managing quality assurance, and leading production line workers. The ideal candidate will possess good MS Office skills, have at least 1 year of experience, and be a team player ready to contribute to workflow improvements. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Identify workflow improvements and implement lean practices.
- Communicate goals and updates to team members and management.
- Prepare production and quality reports.
Skills
Education
