Job description

• Oversee supplier incoming material quality and provide guidance on anomalies: Lead analysis and resolution of material-related quality issues, track supplier improvement progress, validate corrective actions in Stakeholder Corrective Action Reports and 8D reports, and ensure closure
  负责供应商来料品质监督与异常辅导：主导分析解决物料相关质量问题，跟踪供应商改善进度，《相关方纠正措施报告》、8D 报告的措施验证及闭环
• Establish and refine supplier audit standards; formulate supplier audit schedules; coordinate on-site audits with Procurement, Electromechanical and other departments; track resolution of audit findings and ensure improvement closure
  建立并完善供应商审核标准，制定供应商审核计划，组织采购部、机电部等对供应商现场进行审核，跟踪审核问题的处理及改进闭环
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to develop potential suppliers
  配合供应链完成潜在供应商的开发工作
• Develop and refine the Supplier Reward and Penalty mechanisms; manage Supplier Quality Deductions execution
  建立并完善《供应商奖惩制度》，负责《供应商质量扣款》的开出及落实
• Assist departmental leader in delivering relevant training to inspectors
  协助部门领导对检验员进行相关培训
• Develop and refine material inspection standards and related inspection manuals
  制定并完善物料检验标准和相关检验指导书
• Collaborate with departmental leader to implement departmental quality improvement initiatives
  配合部门领导完成部门质量改善计划的落实

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experiences in Supplier Quality Engineering (SQE) management
  3年以上SQE管理工作经验
• Experience in managing suppliers of non-standard, small-batch, multi-variety machined components within the automation industry
  具有非标自动化行业多品种小批量机加件供应商管控经验
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 systems; prior SQE training is advantageous
  熟悉ISO9001体系、IATF16949体系，受过SQE培训更佳
• Proficient in office software including Excel, AutoCAD, and Word; familiarity with common quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, and 5 Whys; Six Sigma knowledge is a plus
