• Monitor and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections to uphold the highest safety standards.
• Respond, investigate, and document all accidents and incidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Conduct regular safety audits and trainings to educate drivers on best practices and industry regulations.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and industry bodies to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive safety policies, procedures, and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Continuously review and improve safety measures to drive continuous improvement.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar transport safety role, preferably within the road transport industry.
• Thorough understanding of relevant safety regulations, including OSHA and DOT requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify and address safety concerns.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proficiency in data analysis and report writing.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and committed to driving a safety‑first culture.
