A leading landscape management company in Genting Highlands is seeking candidates for landscape maintenance roles. Responsibilities include executing landscape maintenance, guiding workers, and ensuring work complies with safety standards. Candidates should have a background in landscaping or horticulture and be physically fit for outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
Qualifications
- Prior working experience in related fields such as Landscaping, Horticulture, Agriculture, or Nursery.
- Basic knowledge of handling plants and gardening tools.
- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in various conditions.
Responsabilités
- Execute daily landscape maintenance or nursery production work.
- Guide landscape workers and ensure tasks are completed timely and safely.
- Report issues to the Landscape Supervisor as needed.
Connaissances
- Daily execution of landscape maintenance or Nursery production work
- Monitor and guide landscape workers to ensure tasks are completed on time and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate work activities according to schedules and instructions from supervisors.
- Report any issues, irregularities, or performance concerns related to outsourced teams to the Landscape Supervisor.
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition; report damages or losses promptly.
- Ensure that all gardening work complies with company policies, environmental practices, and workplace safety regulations.
- Perform basic hands‑on gardening work when needed to support the team.
- Prior working experience in related fields (Landscaping, Horticulture, Agriculture or Nursery background preferably)
- Basic knowledge of handling plants, gardening tools and equipment.
- Able to understand, follow work instructions and execute.
- Physically fit and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
