• Actively prospecting and generating new business leads
• Conducting sales & product presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers
• Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and pipeline management
• To assist on Sales Order, Delivery Order & customer feedbacks
• Oversee daily showroom display setup and provide input for visual merchandising and marketing activities
• Manage showroom floor operations, including switching display lights on/off, ensuring cleanliness, and coordinating light fitting maintenance
