Job summary

A leading technology company in Ipoh seeks an experienced production leader to manage Engineering and Production teams. The successful candidate will lead operations, ensure quality, and execute production plans. A degree in Business Admin or related field with 10 years in high volume production is essential. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills are required. This role is strictly onsite, emphasizing adherence to company values.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of relevant work experience in high volume high mix production environment managing operations.
• Experience working with Oracle/ ERP/ SAP/ MRP tools is a bonus.
• Experience working on lean manufacturing and quality improvement projects is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Leads the Engineering and Production team for overall production delivery.
• Supervises and maintains the production line in proper order.
• Executes production build plans and activities according to timeline.
• Provides support and coordination to pilot build of new products.
• Identifies and reports quality problems with materials/processes.
• Drives relevant counterparts for timely kitting and job completion.
