A leading automotive service provider in Selangor is looking for a candidate to oversee and manage the entire operations of automotive service centres across the nation. The role includes improving sales performance, ensuring compliance with guidelines, and addressing customer complaints effectively. Ideal candidates should possess extensive experience in automotive service management, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have strong communication skills. Willingness to travel interstate is also required.

Job Description
  • Oversee & supervise overall, nation-wide automotive service centre operations of the company
  • Oversee the management and day-to-day function of all the service centres to achieve unit intake & target performance set
  • Ensure all applicable standard guidelines & procedures are complied & implemented in the workshops
  • Increase sales turnover & profitability of the service centres
  • Handle and solve difficult & serious customer complaints that are being escalated
  • Meet or exceed KPIs and revenue targets set
  • Hire, train, motivate, counsel and to monitor the performance of all head of service centres
  • Prepare monthly reports and conduct monthly meetings for the review of service centre sales performance
  • Handle any ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned by superior
Candidate Requirements
  • Candidate must have extensive work experience in managing multiple automotive service centres with high volume car intakes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good written and spoken English communication skills
  • Willing & able to travel interstate for branch visits regularly
