Job Responsibilities
- This is a highly specialized role for a JSM Workflow Developer responsible for designing, developing, and deploying custom workflows and integrations within Atlassian Jira Service Management (JSM).
- The primary goal is to deliver efficient, maintainable, and scalable workflow solutions that enhance IT service processes and the overall user experience.
- Key technical requirements include strong proficiency in TypeScript, experience with RESTful APIs and webhooks, and a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and work with product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
- Familiarity with Atlassian Forge development and DevOps practices is a strong advantage.

- The role reports into the Platform and Product Services Business Unit.

Key Requirements
- Platform Expertise: Proven experience developing workflows and integrations for Atlassian products, with a focus on Jira Service Management (JSM).
- Programming Proficiency: Strong proficiency in TypeScript, with experience in Node.js and React being a plus.
- Integration Skills: Experience working with RESTful APIs and webhooks.
