Drive user growth, engagement, and sales for Offspring across online and offline channels. You will execute 360º campaigns end‑to‑end—social/content, CRM/EDM, Ecommerce/PDP, influencers/KOLs, and retail tie‑ins—while turning data into next‑best actions. This role is hands‑on and impact‑focused for the mom & baby FMCG category (safety claims, RTBs, and compliance matter).
360° Campaign Planning & Execution
- Develop and manage campaign timelines, asset lists, and calendars, ensuring milestones are met and status updates are clear.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end launches across social, content, CRM/EDM, retailer.com, partnerships, and in‑store activations, and provide concise post‑campaign summaries.
Content & Social Operations
- Brief and manage creative assets (copy, shot lists, edits) while crafting captions and hooks aligned with Offspring’s voice and product claims/RTBs.
- Support short‑form video, livestreams, and influencer/KOL deliverables; oversee usage, tracking links, and basic boosting requests.
E‑Commerce & Conversion Optimisation
- Collaborate with e‑commerce teams to enhance PDPs for priority SKUs (images, bullets, FAQs, reviews) and run simple A/B tests.
- Ensure landing pages and promotional mechanics are prepared and ready for go‑live.
CRM, Email & Community Engagement
- Build and send EDM campaigns with the CRM team (welcome, post‑purchase, promo); perform QA on segments, links, and rendering.
- Transform customer feedback (CX/VoC) into FAQ updates and messaging improvements that reduce friction and improve conversion.
Partnerships & On‑Ground Activations
- Coordinate clinics, parent community events, and mall activations with Trade & Retail teams; manage sampling logistics and UGC capture.
- Prepare professional sell‑in and recap decks for internal teams and partner stakeholders.
Who We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in consumer marketing, preferably in FMCG, beauty, retail, or e‑commerce, with a track record of delivering multi‑channel campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills: able to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend actionable experiments.
- Excellent project management skills, including campaign planning, readiness checks, and coordination with vendors/partners.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Hands‑on experience with CRM/email marketing (any ESP), basic segmentation, and link/UTM QA.
- Experience with e‑commerce marketplaces, including asset management and promotions.
- Familiarity with mom & baby product standards, including safety, compliance, and RTBs.
- Experience working with KOLs/creators, managing briefs, deliverables, and usage rights.
- Basic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut).
- Comfortable appearing on‑camera for quick demos or livestream introductions.
