A leading frozen food company is looking for a Purchasing Executive to join their Supply Chain team in Kuala Lumpur. This role involves end-to-end procurement, ensuring high-quality materials at the best prices while driving cost efficiency. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in procurement, strong analytical skills, and a passion for food equality. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on food accessibility across Southeast Asia.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of procurement/purchasing experience in food manufacturing or frozen food industry.
- Proven track record in supplier negotiation and cost reduction.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end procurement from purchase requisition to payment processing.
- Source and procure materials for product development and cost savings.
- Collaborate with teams on material requirements and delivery schedules.
