In this role, you will play a pivotal part in overseeing project scheduling, ensuring that timelines are met and that resources are allocated efficiently. • Provide guidance, direction, and specialized assistance for complex project control problems.
• Expert in Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis and mitigation, as well as network logic analysis.
• Support project managers and teams regarding initial phasing plans and CPM schedules.
• Equip project teams and executive management with tools for effective cost control.
• Develop systems for scheduling and controlling internal resources and equipment.
• Assist in the analysis, evaluation, forecasting, and reporting of schedule status.
• Lead performance reviews and personnel development for assigned employees.
• Prepare historical data for project acceleration insights.

• 5+ years of experience in a Project Controls position, preferably with public agency projects.
• Basic engineering knowledge in electrical, mechanical, civil, or related fields.
• Proficient in project controls software, ideally Oracle Primavera, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated potential to perform as a lead Project Scheduler.
• Strong communication skills.
