Responsibilities

• Pre-screening and application pre-processing of Unsecured Loan Application Form.
• Ensure completeness of information and documentation.
• Perform income calculation of applicants.
• Perform risk ranking according to relevant guidelines.
• Perform coding on relevant fields in application form.
• Application reconciliation and batching.
• Return incomplete application forms.
• Perform verification of applications against submission listing.
• Ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) is met.
• Prepare MIS and assist in other activities.
• Ad-hoc assignments or tasks assigned.

• Ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) is met and comply with bank’s policy, process, and compliance guidelines.
• Prepare MIS and assist in other activities assigned by Team Leader or Unit Head.
• Ad-hoc assignments or tasks assigned by Team Leader or Unit Head.
