Job Responsibilities:

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collect and relay system/application issues from sales to backend teams, ensuring alignment on business needs and technical constraints to deliver feasible solutions.
• Provide timely status updates to the sales team on their submitted requests.
• Coordinate escalation of unresolved or high-impact issues to senior management for timely resolution.

Request & Quality Management

• Evaluate, categorize, and prioritize incoming system and application-related requests received from sales teams via Jira and shared mailboxes.
• Monitor the end-to-end lifecycle of each request, analyzing resource consumption including time, manpower, and cost to identify inefficiencies and drive process optimization.
• Provide additional information to the backend team as needed to ensure accurate and efficient request resolution.
• Monitor requests data to identify recurring issues or trends (e.g., repeated submissions of previously resolved requests), and propose corrective actions to achieve sustainable improvements.
• Support the development and maintenance of standardized tools, templates, and workflowsincluding comprehensive SOPsto ensure consistency and efficiency for managing cross-department system feedback effectively.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in backend operations or project management, preferably in the forex industry, with a solid understanding of forex markets, financial products, and backend operational workflows.
• Excellent proficiency in both verbal and written Chinese and English.
• Strong project management and organizational abilities, with proven capability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and foster effective cross-functional collaboration.
