- Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a rotational shift schedule.
- Customer service or customer success experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional support to customers via email and chat.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions.
- Document and update customer records accurately.
- Contribute to process improvement and share feedback.
- Ensure interactions meet company quality standards.
Skills
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a rotational shift schedule.
- Comfortable working onsite at One Precinct, Bayan Baru, Penang.
- Previous customer service or customer success experience is an added advantage.
