Job description

To manage and execute payroll processes accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and labour laws in Malaysia. The Payroll Executive will be responsible for handling salary payments, statutory contributions, tax deductions, and maintaining payroll records while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy under Wonderstore Sdn Bhd.

Payroll Processing
  • Process monthly payroll, ensuring accurate computation of salaries, overtime, allowances, commission, and deductions.
  • Ensure all payroll transactions are recorded and processed efficiently.
  • Maintain payroll systems and ensure timely updates for any salary adjustments, bonuses, or incentives/commission.
Statutory Compliance & Deductions
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and HRDF.
  • Handle tax calculations and ensure compliance with LHDN requirements.
  • Prepare and submit annual income tax forms (EA Form, E Form) for employees.
Employee Records & Attendance Management
  • Maintain accurate payroll records, including employee details, salary revisions, and leave deductions.
  • Verify and update employee attendance, sick leave, and unpaid leave records for payroll processing.
  • Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare payroll reports for management review, including salary breakdowns and statutory payments.
  • Reconcile payroll accounts with finance to ensure accurate payment disbursements.
  • Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll.
Requirements
  • Degree with at least 3 years relevant experience.
