Job summary
A leading retail company is seeking candidates for various positions in Malaysia, Selangor. Responsibilities include assisting in staff management, training on customer service policies, and strategizing to achieve sales targets. Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills. Positions available are Full-Time and Part-Time, suitable for adaptable individuals willing to work retail hours.
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and train staff on policies and customer service.
- Experience in retail will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Assist store manager in managing staff duties and welfare.
- Train staff on company policies and customer service.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare necessary reports regarding staff and sales.
Skills
Education
- Assist store manager in hiring & managing staffs' duty roster, leave, welfare, disciplinary issues.
- Motivate & train staffs on company's policy, SOP, customer service & selling skills.
- Come up with strategy to achieve sales target.
- Generate & provide necessary reports as required (staff turnover, sales, inventory level, etc).
- Provide professional services to customers.
- Possess pleasant personality and good communication skills.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM /STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate in any field.
- Good interpersonal & follow-up skill, adaptable and result oriented.
- Able to work retail hours (includes weekends and public holidays).
- Full/ Part-Time positions available.
