• Solid experience in procurement of direct materials or Quantity Surveyor (Cost Estimation).
• Demonstrated experience in leadership with a minimum of 4 years.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a key point of contact and contract owner of all subcontractors and suppliers.
• Drives the availability, quality, and cost development of local materials and services.
• Ensures a smooth process of Purchase Order management.
• Supervises Purchasing Coordinator.
• Provides efficient and effective business support to all stakeholders.
