A global leader in the electronics industry is seeking a Program Manager to drive high-impact projects at their Johor Bahru site. The successful candidate will manage complex product transfers and facility expansions in a highly regulated environment. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and have 5-7 years of relevant experience. Exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills are required. - Lead the full project lifecycle for product transfers, greenfield developments, and advanced facility planning—ensuring quality, efficiency, and the adoption of smart features.
- Act as a key representative in cross-functional project teams, supporting the transformation of production and logistics operations to the next level.
- Track progress against objectives, deliverables, and timelines while anticipating risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Develop forward-thinking strategies for space management, infrastructure, and operational sustainability.
- Champion green practices and embed sustainability initiatives into project execution.
- Manage contracts, CapEx, and OpEx budgets, providing monthly updates to ensure financial accountability.
- Consistently meet KPI standards while identifying proactive measures to ensure flawless transfer and operational readiness.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in project development and/or industrial facility management.
- Proven exposure to electronics or other highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
