QA MANAGER

• Overall lead plant QA team including quality management system, supplier quality engineering, in process quality control, outgoing QA and customer quality engineering
• Coach and manage QA staff to perform their role to meet company objectives such as yield improvement and customer complaint reduction
• Work with QA team, production team, engineering team, maintenance team to improve production yield and ensure quality stability and consistency
• Lead the CQE team to assure proper response and handling of customer complaints with root cause analysis, corrective actions and preventive actions, and audit to ensure action implementation and avoid recurrence of problems. Work with Sales to reduce material return. Maintain good relationship with and assure sufficient and prompt support to customer for customer satisfaction
• Hands on and work together with team on production floor to ensure all the improvement actions and projects are well executed and to the ground
