Responsibilities

• Carry out standardized management of electrical, elevator, air-conditioning, fire protection, and water pump equipment.
• Manage and improve equipment data files and daily equipment management.
• Track and enhance domestic equipment management and maintenance practices.
• Plan, monitor, and propose improvement plans for equipment utilization.
• Provide verification of new equipment purchase or updates.
• Participate in equipment inspection, acceptance, and accident investigations.
• Assist in implementing important equipment tasks.
• Manage inspection, measurement, and test equipment.
• Supervise normal and safe equipment use and inspect work on-site.
• Handle daily affairs related to power and water savings.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Basic Salary: RM2500 - RM3500

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30pm - 5:30pm

Job Responsibility:

• Carry out the specific implementation of standardized management of electrical, elevator, air-conditioning, fire protection, water pump and other equipment within the company's jurisdiction.
• Responsible for the establishment and improvement of equipment data files and daily affairs of equipment management.
• Track the advanced level of domestic equipment management, improve the advanced management mode and system of equipment operation, maintenance, good use, and good equipment maintenance.
• Responsible for overall planning, monitoring and proposing improvement plans to increase equipment utilization and reduce equipment energy consumption.
• Responsible for providing verification opinions on the advancement and rationality of newly purchased or updated equipment.
• Participate in equipment inspection and acceptance work, as well as equipment accident investigation and elimination work.
• Assist relevant professional supervisors to formulate and organize the implementation of important equipment.
• Responsible for the management of inspection, measurement and test equipment.
• Responsible for supervising the normal and safe use of equipment, carefully inspecting the equipment site, and inspecting and guiding the equipment teams on-site work.
• Responsible for daily affairs such as power planning, power saving, safe power use, and water saving.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
