• Proactively identify and engage with potential candidates through networking, advertising, and innovative sourcing strategies.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the client’s requirements.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including client briefing, candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with the broader team to share best practices and support each other’s success.

• 8+ years of experience in a senior recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably within an executive search or recruitment agency.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing high‑calibre candidates across a range of industries and seniority levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and candidates.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to navigate complex recruitment processes.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
• Proficient in the use of recruitment technology and data analysis to inform decision‑making.
