As we embark on our rapid expansion, we are eagerly seeking talented individuals to join our team as Recruitment Executive, supporting our hiring operations in Sungai Petani.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9.00 AM - 6.30 PM

Key Responsibilities
  1. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
    • Post job advertisements across platforms
    • Source & screen potential candidates
    • Conduct phone screenings and shortlist suitable applicants
  2. Interview Coordination
    • Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
    • Prepare interview schedules, follow‑ups, and feedback updates
    • Assist in walk‑in interviews, OJT drives, and recruitment events
  3. Recruitment Administration
    • Maintain accurate candidate databases and daily trackers
    • Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documents
    • Ensure compliance with internal hiring SOPs
  4. Employer Branding Support
    • Assist in creating recruitment posters, captions, and promotion materials
    • Support social media hiring campaigns
