A vehicle parts company located in Klang City is seeking an experienced HR Manager. This role involves supporting HR strategy, overseeing recruitment, and managing employee relations to enhance workplace engagement. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and possess 5–7 years of HR management experience. Strong leadership and communication skills, along with knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, are essential for success in this position.
Strategic HR Management: Support the formulation and execution of HR strategies aligned with company goals.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Oversee recruitment, manpower planning, and ensure timely hiring of qualified talent.
Performance & Compensation Management: Implement fair performance evaluation systems and competitive compensation frameworks.
Employee Relations & Engagement: Build a positive workplace culture, handle grievances, and enhance employee engagement.
Learning & Development: Drive training programs and career development initiatives to strengthen organizational capability.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and mitigate HR-related risks.
Material and security control, Employee discipline and safety, Hostel management, foreign worker permit, welfare, and coordination and 5S workplace upkeep etc.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in HR management, with exposure to recruitment, performance, and employee relations.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge: Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
Mindset: Responsible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
