A leading hospitality establishment in Subang Jaya is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR functions. The successful candidate will develop HR strategies aligned with the hotel’s objectives, ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, and manage employee engagement programs. Preferred candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in HR or related fields, minimum of 5 years of HR experience, and at least 2 years in the hospitality industry.
Lead the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and performance management
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hotel’s goals and objectives
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws, company policies, and procedures
Manage employee engagement programs, training, and development initiatives
Oversee disciplinary actions and grievance handling in a professional and timely manner
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
Collaborate with department heads to address workforce planning and staffing needs
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR regulations
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
