A leading company in the region is seeking a Production Clerk in Johor, Malaysia. This role involves handling HR-related issues, performing data entry, and managing departmental administrative tasks. Candidates should have working experience in a related field and possess strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications. This position is crucial for supporting daily departmental operations and includes responsibilities like updating training records and managing stock take activities.

Responsibilities
- Handle HR-related issues and requests.
- Perform data entry for various records.
- Prepare and manage monthly reports and attendance records.
- Involve in stock take activities.
Skills
Production Clerk is responsible for performing administrative tasks to support daily department operations.
- Handle the entire department HR related issue and request
- Handle paperwork for Medical Sheet / Claim, Manpower Request, Rotating Shift Change
- Perform data entry for Purchase Request, Overtime Record, Record (leave application)
- In-charge of department administrative job, eg. prepare monthly report, updates of records
- Filing, Stationary, request, budget plan by monthly
- Update Training Records
- Monitor Training Progress with HR for new employee
- Follow up with suppliers for delivery
- Daily Update attendance record
- Filling D.O from suppliers
- Provide clerical supports to superior
- Prepare and key in document for monthly/daily Stock Take
- Involve in stock take activity
- Working experience in related field
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as Power Point, Word, and Excel
