The ideal candidate has over 5 years in travel agency operations and a solid understanding of airline ticketing procedures. This role focuses on maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring exceptional customer service across departments. The position operates Monday to Friday with half-day on Saturdays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in travel agency operations or related field.
  • Strong understanding of airline ticketing procedures and regulations.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain positive client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Operations Manager with scheduling and reporting tasks.
  • Provide leadership to ticketing, customer service, and business development teams.
  • Oversee the ticketing process and ensure accuracy and compliance.
