This role focuses on maintaining operational efficiency and ensuring exceptional customer service across departments. The position operates Monday to Friday with half-day on Saturdays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in travel agency operations or related field.
  • Strong understanding of airline ticketing procedures and regulations.

  • Assist the Operations Manager with scheduling and reporting tasks.
