Employee Relations Partner - HROP - AMS

About the Team: The HR operations team aims to create a seamless and positive employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle. We focus on empathetic leadership, efficient processes, and supporting employees with the resources they need. This department acts as a subject matter expert, advising HR colleagues and business leaders on Employee Relations and HR Compliance issues to ensure consistency across the organization.

1. Partner with HRBPs and managers on Employee Relations matters, including employee discipline, performance issues, terminations, accommodations, and leave scenarios.
2. Manage employee complaints by directing them to the appropriate investigation teams and support workplace investigations as needed.
3. Assist in HR/ER training for managers and HR staff.
4. Collaborate closely with employment counsel.
5. Contribute to ER projects such as CMS implementation, employee handbook updates, and policy revisions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Legal, or related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in Employee Relations, with extensive ER expertise and knowledge of current legislation and best practices.
• Experience in a technology startup is highly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate Degree.

Salary range: $91,440 - $164,000 annually, with potential bonuses, incentives, and stock options. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), paid leave, and more, with details dependent on location and employment type. For LA County candidates, consideration will be given in accordance with local laws regarding criminal records.
