- Assist the Manager in sales and marketing matters.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively.
- To conduct regular visits to clients to maintain good rapport as well as collect feedback on the effectiveness of the products, services/support, and other market information.
- Follow up payment collection
- Prospecting and generating new sales leads through networking, cold-calling, and attending industry events
