Job summary
A leading company in Malaysia is looking for someone to manage day-to-day operations and direct sales for walk-in customers. Responsibilities include coordinating sponsorship requests, handling customer inquiries, and participating in events. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing, and be proficient in both verbal and written communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. This role requires good interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations efficiently and accurately.
- Coordinate sponsorship and charity requests.
- Handle all customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Travel to different operation sites as needed.

Develop and coordinate marketing collateral with both internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
Handle all customer inquiries promptly and professionally through multiple channels (phone, email, in-person).
Travel to different operation sites as needed and perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Good interpersonal skills, a proactive, problem‑solving attitude with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
