The Opportunity: Build, Deliver, and Scale

We are seeking a Grindy, Smart, and Highly Resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. Your success in this role directly correlates with the agency's success.

Key Responsibilities: The Build & Delivery Mandate
  1. Foundational Delivery & Resourcefulness
    • Pipeline Ownership: Manage the full recruitment cycle from client intake to successful placement (Time-to-Fill and Quality of Hire are paramount KPIs).
    • Scrappy Sourcing: Utilise every tool and methodology available to source candidates for hard-to-fill, niche regional roles. Your ability to find talent where others fail is key.
    • Data Protocol Implementation: Design and execute precise data management protocols to ensure all candidate information, pipeline stages, and metrics are tracked accurately for reporting and compliance purposes.
    • Expectation Management: Conduct intense vetting, not only on skills but also on candidate suitability for unique industry demands (e.g., regional movement, shift work), managing these expectations transparently.
  2. Process Optimization & Strategic Partnership
    • Process Design: Work closely with leadership to design, implement, and refine the agency’s core operational procedures (SOPs, reporting metrics). You are the process owner.
    • Tech Strategy & Evaluation: Actively research, evaluate, and provide clear recommendations on the best long-term ATS/CRM solutions for the agency, focusing on functionality, cost, and efficiency, and eventually lead its setup.
    • Market Intelligence: Act as a strategic partner by providing real-time, actionable insights on market salary benchmarks, talent scarcity, and competitive factors to inform pricing and client strategy.
  3. Client & Candidate Management
    • High-Touch Experience: Ensure an exceptional and high-integrity experience for both clients and candidates, reflecting the premium quality of our service.
    • Offer Negotiation: Expertly guide complex compensation and contract negotiations to secure placements efficiently.
What We Are Looking For: The TA Partner Profile
  • Minimum of 2+ years of professional recruiting experience, with proven success in an agency setting or high-volume, challenging in-house TA roles.
  • A "10x" Mindset: You are not just proactive; you are resourceful, highly self-motivated, and capable of operating autonomously without constant supervision.
  • Proven ability to establish and maintain highly disciplined data management and tracking systems in resource-lean environments.
  • Proven track record in sourcing and placing candidates for non-standard, regional, or niche roles. Experience in BPO or regional placement is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a high degree of business acumen.
  • A process fanatic who loves clean data, efficiency, and solving complex operational problems (especially mapping out systems before they are automated).
