Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Affiliates & Influencer Specialist (Regional) to lead influencer partnership efforts and drive high-quality UGC content. This role will serve as the primary liaison between our brand, influencers, and external agencies, while identifying opportunities to scale creator-driven marketing in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for influencers, creators, and partner agencies.
  • Source, evaluate, and recruit relevant influencers/creators from the identified market for UGC and campaign collaborations.
  • Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and timelines with influencers to ensure alignment with brand goals.
  • Manage end-to-end UGC content creation, including briefing, revisions, approvals, and ensuring content quality.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing teams (paid, social, brand) to ensure influencer content supports campaign needs.
  • Track performance metrics, create reports, and provide insights to optimize influencer strategy.
  • Maintain and expand the influencer database and build long‑term creator relationships.
  • Stay updated on local social media and influencer trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, compliance, and platform policies.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of influencer marketing or social media experience, preferably in the global market.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Hands‑on experience managing creators on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube.
  • Understanding of UGC trends, creator economy, and social analytics tools.
  • Highly organized, self‑driven, and comfortable working with cross‑functional teams.
