A leading automotive company located in Selangor, Malaysia, is seeking a dedicated individual for parts operations. The role involves managing daily operations, ensuring accurate inventory records, conducting stock checks, and supporting electric vehicle parts tagging. Candidates should hold a Certificate or Diploma in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering and have at least 1 year of experience in automotive parts operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills are essential.
Assist in daily parts operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and recording automotive parts.
Ensure all parts transactions are accurately updated in the inventory management system.
Conduct regular stock checks and assist in monthly and annual stock-taking activities.
Support the Parts Executive in monitoring inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
Handle incoming parts requests from Service Advisors and Technicians promptly and accurately.
Assist in identifying and tagging parts for Electric Vehicles (EV) components such as HV batteries, charging modules, and related items.
Maintain cleanliness, order, and safety in the parts storage area according to company standards.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of parts.
Assist in preparing parts quotations, invoices, and documentation for warranty and return claims.
Support the team in implementing parts marketing and promotion activities when required.
