Job summary
A travel and tourism company based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced operations manager to oversee daily tour operations and internal administration. This role requires a minimum of 5 years in travel operations, with proven leadership in vendor negotiation and team management. The ideal candidate will have experience with travel management systems. The position offers a salary of RM 8,000 to RM 10,000 per month, working Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in travel operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in vendor negotiation, team leadership, and process optimization.
- Proficiency in travel management systems.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day tour operations and internal administration.
- Approve operational matters including supplier payments and staff leave.
- Lead and oversee Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
