1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Scope)
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
- Maintain strong pipelines for key positions: Sales, Operations, Technicians, HQ roles.
- Conduct phone screening & basic shortlist assessment before passing to HR Manager.
- Prepare hiring status reports weekly for HR Manager/CEO.
- Manage job ads across platforms (JobStreet, Indeed, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Build and maintain a database of potential candidates.
- Drive employer branding through careers page content, photos, and recruitment posts.
- Conduct reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
- Support walk-in interviews or job fairs when needed.
2. Onboarding & Offboarding
- Prepare onboarding schedule, welcome kit, and Day 1 orientation materials.
- Ensure all forms, HR policies, and company info are ready for new joiners.
- Coordinate photo taking, email creation requests, staff ID & uniform requests.
- Conduct exit interviews for leavers and update turnover report.
3. Training & Development Support (Secondary Scope)
- Assist HR Manager in planning internal training agendas.
- Schedule training sessions and track attendance.
- Maintain training record files (HRDF compliance if needed).
- Help execute staff engagement or training events.
4. HR Reporting & Administration
- Prepare weekly recruitment status updates.
- Maintain accurate recruitment pipeline dashboards.
- Maintain offer letter logs, onboarding sheets, and recruitment trackers.
- Update organizational chart with new joiners.
5. Employee Engagement (Light Scope)
- Support planning of HR events such as team building, festive celebrations, and staff recognition activities.
- Assist with internal communication content (posters, announcements).
