A Transportation Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing daily transportation operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality service. This role requires strong people management skills, effective fleet oversight, and the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

What will I be doing?
  • Lead, supervise, and develop transportation staff, including drivers and coordinators.
  • Manage fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are properly maintained, available, and compliant with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Plan, coordinate, and optimize daily transportation schedules, routes, and logistics.
  • Handle operational challenges and incidents promptly, maintaining service continuity under pressure.
  • Monitor service quality and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and emergency procedures.
  • Control and monitor transportation-related costs, including fuel, maintenance, and external vendors.
  • Prepare operational reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Coordinate closely with other departments to align transportation services with operational needs.
  • Maintain a professional leadership presence and promote a positive and safe work environment.

  • Degree or diploma in Logistics, Transportation, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of ground transportation operations and service standards.
