A leading training organization is seeking a Bilingual Trainer to facilitate the virtual onboarding of Hotel General Managers and Franchise Managers. This role requires delivering instructor-led training in both English and Spanish, managing curricula via Saba LMS, and having a proven background in training executives. Experience with Hyatt brand is preferred. The position is 100% remote and offers an opportunity to engage hospitality leaders effectively.

Formación

  • Proven background in training people managers/executives using adult learning principles.
  • Experience onboarding hotel franchise owners or senior directors.
  • Hyatt brand experience is strongly preferred.

Responsabilidades

  • Deliver instructor-led training (vILT) for hotel GMs and franchise leadership.
  • Manage curricula and track participation using Saba LMS.
  • Engage and influence executives in a virtual classroom.

Bilingual Trainer / Facilitator / LMS Trainer – Hospitality Leadership Onboarding100% REMOTE / MexicoBilingual Proficiency (Spanish & English)We are seeking a high-level Facilitator to lead the virtual onboarding of Hotel General Managers and Franchise Managers.
You will deliver instructor-led training (vILT) to ensure a seamless transition for experienced hospitality leaders into brand standards and operational systems.Facilitate virtual, instructor-led sessions for hotel GMs and senior franchise leadership in English and Spanish.LMS Management: Utilize Saba LMS to manage curricula, track participation, and report on completion metrics.Adult Learning Mastery: Apply advanced facilitation best practices to engage and influence experienced executives and adult learners.Partner with internal teams to refine onboarding content and provide reporting via MS Office Suite.Experience: Proven background training people managers/executives using adult learning principles.Hyatt brand experience is strongly preferred.Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.Experience onboarding hotel franchise owners or senior directors.Strong executive presence and the ability to command a virtual classroom.
